29. Inaccuracies in the certificate of readiness. A judge presiding at the trial who finds that the declaration made under article 174 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) contains inaccuracies without which the case would not have been put on the roll for hearing may strike the case from the roll, adjourn it or take any other appropriate measure in the interest of justice.
